Carrier’s name and address is custom imprinted on each page. Price is for a nominal quantity of books.Actual quantity received will vary slightly from ordered quantity {+/- 10%}. Price will not be adjusted for actual quantity shipped.
Customer must include imprint information or previous product code when placing the order to verify previous product code for re-ordered product, or include a note that specifies the imprinted name and address to be placed on the form for new or changed orders. Information must be provided or described in the mandatory text field above. You can also upload a previous product scanned file as described in the paragraph below the text field above.
